training of researchers, doctoral candidates or permanent workers in post in the French Public Laboratories; the CNFM is also implicated in several international continuing education and training programs each year
training of instructors; this problem can be organised regionally, in technology as well as in design, so as to assist teachers using the material means and software used in each area
Several programs are also organized by national services in different French cities to assist the users, teachers, and researchers, in using the CAD tools for which new versions are regularly proposed.
Each year, 400 to 500 trainees are concerned by a continuing education and training program employing the joint means in the CNFM network.
Activity report
The national clusters and services of CNFM contribute to the establishment of continuing education and training programs, more often in cooperation with universities and engineering colleges, partners of the CNFM network.
These programs can have very different forms. In the activity report of the CNFM, only those training programs using joint experimental means in the network are entered.
